We Handle Everything
Sorting, pricing, staging, marketing, and running the sale. You receive 60% of proceeds. We cover our costs from our 40%. No surprises, no hidden fees.

Clean & Ready for Sale
After the sale, remaining contents are removed and the home is professionally cleaned — ready for listing photos, walkthroughs, or new owner transfer.
